The authors have determined the importance of developing a knowledge base and practical skills for children’s healthy lifestyles, the significance of the fact that children should realize the necessity of systematic lessons, creating the right conditions. The article emphasizes on systematical and purposeful work in this direction together with educational establishments, teachers and parents.
